Challenge
Organizations needed to automate customer interactions on WhatsApp and reduce manual support workload, with accurate answers from their own content.
What I did
Set vision and roadmap, prioritized the backlog by business value, wrote requirements (user stories, BRD, FRS), and led the AI, backend and integrations team.
Solution
RAG-based knowledge retrieval, WhatsApp Business integration, multi-client SaaS deployment.
Results
